I just had a second look at this guy and it looks like Ditula angustiorana.

I didn't move it previously because I meant to question the Cochylini ID but then I accidentally filed the BugGuide notification. Thanks for catching it.

I'll try to go through all the rest of the images in the unidentified Tortricidae section to make sure nothing else got missed.
