bugguide seems to have a lack of centipede experts. I'm certainly not one, but can get you one step farther: You seem to have a stone centipede. The picture is blurry, but there seem to be the required 15 pairs of legs. This gets you to Order Lithobiomorpha; very few of the specicies in the order are identified farther than that here.
