Beautiful Blue-eyed Lacewing - Chrysoperla
Chester, Plumas County, California, USA

Size: to wingtips 13mm
Seems like a close match for some of the Genus Chrysoperla photos - thus my placement here. Many thanks for any help to species level; or genus correction.

I caught this lacewing inside a business in Chester, a town 13 miles west of Westwood. With a foot or more snow on the ground in that town I am wondering if it was overwintering in there.
