Anyone see one of these recently?
Or has Dutch Elm Disease knocked them out?

Not completely,
I have seen at least 25 specimens in samples from southern Indiana from the last three years.

I have not
Although it is on record from ND, I have yet to see one in the past four years of surveying...

It may depend on what survey method is used,
almost all the specimens we have are from purple sticky traps. I also haven't seen many, if any, recent specimens from northern Indiana, but I suspect that is due to loss of habitat.
