Aphid birth - Macrosiphum euphorbiae - Female
Alameda County, California, USA

Size: 2.9 mm bl (adult)
On upper surface of leaf of potato plant, midafternoon. Another female the same color and size was giving birth on the undersurface of a nearby leaf; about four tiny offspring were near her.
