Moved
Moved from parasitic Apocrita.

Probably Monodontomerus
A torymid authority informs me that this is almost certainly Monodontomerus, but that absolute certainty requires a better view of the lateral aspect of the hind femur, which bears a tooth apicoventrally in Monodontomerus.

The added image
is the best I have. There's certainly some kind of projection there; I suppose it could be called a tooth.
