I'm pretty sure this is a Mayfly, but have no idea what kind. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, this is a Hexagenia male imago, but identification to species from this photo would be problematic.

for confirming genus and sex. Too bad I only took the one (poor) photo.

Maybe a Hexagenia?
These can get fairly large
