I bet this is a Chrysobothris
I bet this is a Chrysobothris chryseola. It could just be a freshly emerged specimen that has not got its colors all the way.

Maybe
I don't know how the light changes the spot colors, but the top spots were green and the bottom spots were orange. (Top being closer to the inner wing and bottom being closer to the outer edge of the wing.)
