What a lovely little wasp.

Pteromalid - femaleā€¦
The metallic and densely sculptured green body, large thorax, 5-segmented tarsi, well-developed propodeum, long antennae, and wing venation all point to this family. The larvae and pupae of many Diptera including gall midges are definitely on the host menu for this group.
