I'm not convinced this is Neivamyrmex, at least not N. swainsoni. Also, it would be helpful to have a fairly precise body length in millimeters, please.

without a good shot in full face it could go three ways, N.pilosus, N. swainsonii or Labidus coecus. The mandible from what can be seen appears to rule out N. pilosus though.
