It's not possible to identify this to species without any indication of precise size and sex.

Thanks for your comment. Almost none of the pictures of Graphocephala posted on bugguide list size or sex. I used physical descriptions and location to determine id. G. constricta is not found in my state, and G. fennahi, G. picta, G. teliformis, and G. versuta are all described as Green and red, while this individual is Blue and red. Do you think this might be something other that G. coccinea? If so, what do you think it might be?
