Identification
Wings unmarked, except for a brown area near the apex
Femora dark
Hind tibiae dark, mid tibia usually black in males, always yellow in females
Fore tibia brown in both sexes
Fore and mid tibiae with assorted bristles, never as long or uniform as in the mystery species
Males uniquely with a thinly-spaced row of bristles on the mid tibia and basitarsus
Range
Southern USA to Paraguay; Polynensia. Possibly the most widespread species of the genus.
