Condylostylus cf. brimleyi - Condylostylus - male

Condylostylus cf. brimleyi - Condylostylus - Male
Marlton, Burlington County, New Jersey, USA
July 17, 2009
Male I think?

Probably C. brimleyi
This is more likely Condylostylus brimleyi Robinson 1964 than C. scaber -- the latter species has a row of hairs on the mid tibia as well as on the mid basitarsus.

Moved
Moved from Sciapodinae. Paint some black on the wings and you might have Condylostylus scaber.

Moved
Moved from Flies. Possibly in the Condylostylus sipho group.
