Hacklemesh Weaver?
It's hard to tell really. Compare with other Hacklemesh weavers here.

 
I agree with Lynette...
I would agree with Lynette's guess. The other picture in the series shows the webbing that resembles the silk a hacklemesh weaver would weave. Hacklemesh webs are tangles of non-sticky silk along walls and other flat surfaces; when prey walks across it, it gets ensnared so the spider can determine if the victim is a potential meal. :)
