Laphria
Interesting amount of yellow on the midtibia. Laphria floridensis should have quite a bit of yellow showing on those first few abdominal segments. And the female Laphria flavicollis can have some yellow on the foretibia and a small patch on the midtibia but this seems excessive. Also, this looks like a male. So it smells like flavicollis but it is atypical.

Too early for Mallophora, even in Florida.

Robberfly
I don't think this is Mallophora as they have much yellow pile on the abdomen and all-black legs. This is likely in the genus Laphria, possibly L. floridensis as it has some yellow hairs on the legs. I can't tell if the first few abdominal segments are yellow as they are blocked by the wings, but I think I see some yellowish color coming through.
