I agree that this caterpillar does look a lot like the others in Nephelodes minians. In that case this one is one that doesn't follow the book in that it showed up on September 15 -- much later than any of the others. In Wagner's book (p. 425) it states that the caterpillars mature and pupate in late spring and early summer.
