Size: body length 2inches
look to be in the wolf spider family. some type of funnel weaver? it was quite large and agressive.

If it's a Funnel Web Wolf, it would be in

, though yours doesn't look much like S. californicus, the only one in Bugguide already from AZ. I'll be interested to hear what the experts say.
