Funnel Web
If it's a Funnel Web Wolf, it would be in Sosippus, though yours doesn't look much like S. californicus, the only one in Bugguide already from AZ. I'll be interested to hear what the experts say.

To me it looks more like your basic, non-wolf, Funnel Web Spider like this one from AZ
