Tiny Wingless Wasp - Sclerodermus carolinensis - Female

Size: 2.5 mm
This tiny wasp-like bug was crawling along a basement floor near a wood stove. Unfortunately it didn't survive its overnight stay in an envelope. Based on BugGuide images and comments it looks like one of the Bethylids perhaps.
