Ovoid nodules inside old Gnorimoschema baccharisella gall - Gnorimoschema baccharisella

Size: nodules ~0.8mm in length
View inside the broken-open gall. The yellowish ovoid nodules are the structures I'm interested in. Are those fungi of some sort?
