Lebia viridis? - Lebia viridis
Lake Grubb Park, Mountville, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, USA
April 16, 2006
Size: 5mm
These are very common on dandelion flowers. I suppose this is species Lebia viridis based on other images in the guide. Can anyone confirm? Thanks!

NOTE: The spot on the posterior end of the beetle is my watermark and not part of the insect. This aids in preventing the illegal use of my photograph. If you need a copy of a photo without a watermark please see my licensing agreement on my bio.
