Unresolved in literature. Probably between about 30 and 50 mostly small genera.

Range
Eurasia and Indonesia, with only two genera and three species represented in North America (two species in our area). A primarily Asian group, with highest diversity in Himalayan region.
In North America found in western U.S. and northern Mexico.
Habitat
Our species are associated with Oak thickets in mountains
Food
Our species feed on Oaks and/or Chinquapin (genera Quercus & Chrysolepis; family Fagaceae).
