Brown spider 2 white stripes and hairy banded legs - Neriene

Size: end of leg to leg 5cm
This spider was taken at my home outside in the corner. It let me get close to take pics and did not seem to be bothered. I just don't know what kind it is and would love to be enlighten.

just an opening guess. Maybe Neriene? Looks like a female, here is a male from Ontario...

Yes it does did some research and it is the closest I have seen but the phangs are so different and her body is too ??
