Bracy?
Keeping in mind, most of the time when I say bracy, they turn out an ichy, and vice versa. That said, I think it's a bracy.

B vs I
I have that problem, too. I didn't know whether to call it a Braconid or an Ichneumon. This wasp has a vague resemblance to which is an Ichneumon. But the wings remind me of a Braconid.

I'm not sure what kind of ichneumonid this is--just that it is too cool to be a braconid. Many years ago in my office in the National Museum of Natural History I was reading the text of a book on Hymenoptera that had been translated from Russian to English by a contractor in India. When I came to a line in the text where braconids had been translated as "garbage ichneumons" I felled compelled to call this to the attention of Paul Marsh, our braconid specialist. He smiled and responded: "it's garbahge ichneumons."
