Anthaxia-like. I did a quick look through the guide and didn't see it, though I may have missed it.

subgenus Haplanthaxia
I can't determine the species - it seems most species in this subgenus have two color forms, but not all of them have been described. I don't recognize this one by color - would need to see the specimen to figure it out for sure.
