Describes Phymatopsallus spp. as well as new genera, Angelopsallus(1 sp. from Mexico), Arizonapsallus (1 sp. from southern AZ), Bisulcopsallus (7 spp. from south western states of USA), Ceratopsallus (10 spp. from mostly south western states of USA), Cercocarpopsallus (2 spp. from western states of USA), Knightopsallus (1 sp. from southern AZ), Salicopsallus (2 spp. from south western states of USA), Stictopsallus (1 sp. from south western states of USA and Mexico), and Schaffneropsallus (1 sp. from Mexico).
