I thought this was a barklouse when I photographed it, but something about the head shape and wing posture has me pondering other possibilities. Host plant may have been Hackberry.

Moved from Psyllidae. Would you happen to have a side view? I wonder if this might be Pachypsylla pallida, but I can't really make out the boundaries of the shaded regions of the wing.

Pachypsylla spp. are common on Hackberry...
...but yours looks very different!
