Looks like Cryptoxilos. If the eyes are nearly touching, then a certain ID.

I wouldn't say the eyes are nearly touching, probably separated by about slightly less than the width of the clypeus.

well maybe they are!
I did a bit of literature searching for Cryptoxilos, and based on descriptions in Deyrup 1981 and Muesebeck 1936, it is definitely Cryptoxilos. Eyes are converging in front and densely hairy.
I have a series of 3 females taken from a rearing box from which I was collecting Phloeotribus liminaris, which is a similar host to one of the described species.
