Tiny wingless fly... I thought it was a spider when I collected it. Found in a rock pile.

looks more like a Sphaeroceri
looks more like a Sphaerocerid with the short hind metatarsus...

 
Yes,
this was also my first impression. According to MND(1) there is only one brachypterous/apterous genus - Aptilotus - known.
