Dusky Dancer
This strikes me as a female Dusky Dancer (Argia translata). The split thoracic stripe and light and dark stripes on the tip of the abdomen are pretty characteristic.

Stands like a female Argia,
but the thorax is too dark for us to tell more, sorry. Maybe someone else will recognize it.
