This is not a very good picture. Someone suggested Netwing Beetle, but I think the eyes look more like some kind of Fly.
Any ideas?

Albeit a beetle;
Phausis
sp., most likely
P. rhombica
based on locality and shape of pronotum. I have a single pictured specimen collected not too far east of you. :)
