Stink bug, not beetle
Wrong taxonomic order, it's a stink-bug, not a beetle. Looks like
Halyomorpha halys
, the Brown Marmorated Stink-bug.

Brown Marmorated Stink Bug
They're a nuisance, but they don't harm people, pets or property; they're just looking for a warm place to spend the winter.
Welcome to BugGuide!
