Elaphidiini
From this picture, I'd go with
Parelaphidion aspersum
(Haldeman); the spine on the third antennomere just doesn't look long enough for it to be
Elaphidion mucronatum
, which was my first thought.

True, the antennal spines aren't so long but the elytral spines are (best seen right meso and bilateral metafemora). Plus, I clearly see long femoral spines. This has to be Elaphidion mucronatum.
