From this picture, I'd go with Parelaphidion aspersum (Haldeman); the spine on the third antennomere just doesn't look long enough for it to be Elaphidion mucronatum, which was my first thought.

True, the antennal spines aren't so long but the elytral spines are (best seen right meso and bilateral metafemora). Plus, I clearly see long femoral spines. This has to be Elaphidion mucronatum.
