Looks like Meloid triungulin, but I've never seen any in nature so it's just a guess

 
not a ripiphorid
I wish I was more familiar with meloid larvae- this is likely (almost certainly?) one, but I can't say which subfamily. It is definitely not a ripiphorid. The larvae of Trigonodera and Toposcopus are still unknown (!), but it is unlikely they would look like this...
