Ceropsylla sideroxyli

Ceropsylla sideroxyli
Sanibel, Lee County, Florida, USA
February 17, 2011
Size: 2mm
A cluster of False Mastic trees (Mastichodendron foetidissimum) were covered with these white 'stars' that spun in their individual pits. After some web searching I am fairly confident that this is the Jumping Plant Louse, Ceropsylla sideroxyi, but would appreciate a confirmation.

I'm not an expert, but your images look just like the ones here, and this is the only psyllid listed in the database at psyllids.org as feeding on Sideroxylon.
