Identification

The scutellum is supposedly parallel-sided and roughly punctured throughout whole disc in L. prehensilis whereas the scutellum of L. uhleri is supposedly not parallel-sided and roughly punctured on posterior pronotal lobe and base of scutellum with the punctures finer near the apex. There are spine-like granules present on anterior pronotal lobe, thorax and profemur in L. uhleri and they are supposedly absent in L. prehensilis but the validity of this character is unclear.
