Identifying psocids can be a humbling experience, but I am reasonably sure about this one. This specimen has the following traits characteristic of the species: two bands from each antennal base to cd. eye, subgenital plate with corners that turn inward as in Fig 202 (Mockford 1993), and with this fresh specimen and my new Meiji microscope I can even see the "two narrow transverse sclerotizations" on the 9th sternum without dissection. I don't know if Mockford will be able to verify my ID without examining the specimen.
