Katydid Nymph
Not full grown, so may be harder to ID.

I think I know!
The really bowed hind tibia suggests that this is the nymph of a giant katydid in the genus Stilpnochlora. There is only one U.S. species, restricted to Florida. There are pictures of adults in the guide. We reared a related South American species at the Cincinnati Zoo, and even as nymphs they had those bowed legs:-)

You got it!
I clicked on the link on the guide for internet reference:
http://buzz.ifas.ufl.edu/081a.htm
and it shows a nymph just like this one with the black marking!
Thanks Eric!
