It is definitely a
Paruroctonus
, but this genus is so diverse, and many look alike, it is very hard to say which species. Maybe if you could tell us exactly where it came from I could get a closer identification =)

It appears to be Paruroctonus xanthus. I've been wanting to add this one to my collection. Beautiful scorpion.
