Apheloria virginiensis montan
Apheloria virginiensis montana exhibits this color pattern, but the pronounced wrinkling (coriaceousness) that is clearly visible on the terga is evidence that this is Cherokia georgiana instead. It also exhibits this yellow spotted color pattern. Rowland Shelley

Looks a lot like
Apheloria virginiensis:
