Earwig sp. - Euborellia cincticollis - female

Earwig sp. - Euborellia cincticollis - Female
Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina, USA
September 23, 2010
Earwing sp attracted to light. European?

Moved from Euborellia.

Moved from Anisolabididae.

Moved from Earwigs.

I don't think it's a European Earwig
The feet look wrong for Forficulidae, and the forceps look more like I would expect on a Euborellia. Most of the Euborellias found in our area have one or more lighter-colored segments near the ends of the antennae, and no wings- but there are exceptions.
