Size: 10-12mm
Looks much like a previous image identified to Tachytes. Unfortunately I could not get a dorsal shot.

Male - Tachytes grisselli
Based on the key features, the convex shape of his first four antennae segments (males), long hairs on the ventral of hind femura, four pale abdominal stripes and other qualities that seem to match this guy very closely.
Distribution is restricted to the Florida range: ♂ Good Luck!
