Leucospis (?) with orange markings - Leucospis slossonae - Male

Size: 6mm roughly
One of two similar wasps photographed on the same patch of goldenrod. This one has the orange markings I have seen on other wasps that were ID'd to genus Leucospis.

This male can be moved to the Florida subspecies.
