Southern green stink bug or not - Loxa flavicollis

Southern green stink bug or not - Loxa flavicollis
Golden Gate Estates, Collier County, Florida, USA
March 3, 2011
Size: 1 inch
I have seen this specimen in my yard on a few occasions. Once was after dark outside my window, and again in the morning on my orange tree. It looks like a southern green stink bug or some kind of sheild bug but the head shape and RED points (epaulets?) throw me off. Anyone know what it is for sure?
