Camponotus subbarbatus - Female
Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, USA
Size: 9 mm
Dealate queen. Specimen wild caught in May 2010 but captive. Photograph taken 3/7/2011. Wild individuals would appear this way, but date would probably not be appropriate for the temporal activity data for PA.
