Moth - Esperia sulphurella

Moth - Esperia sulphurella
Alameda County, California, USA
March 9, 2011
Size: ~8 mm nose to wingtips
A few of these, I think three, were flying around repetitively in an area maybe five feet across, near buildings. Is this Esperia sulphurella, , found in the same yard a year ago and similarly but not identically marked?
