Size: 2 inches, diameter
Found this mass inside my house, about 2 inches diameter, some are dropped on the floor.
All of my windows have screens, did not notice any bugs inside of my house.

Absolutely without question drywood termites.

Not to alarm you, but
they look rather like Termite fecal pellets.

Let's see if anyone else agrees--or has a different suggestion.

look like termite fecal pellets to me too, google search images on the topic and looks like an exact match...

 
I agree
Although the photo isn't very clear, when I look at the full-sized image I think I can make out the concave surfaces ((1), p. 435) on a few of the pellets scattered to the right of the main pile. I believe these would be drywood termites (Kalotermitidae).
