. How was the ID obtained?
I don't think this is C. pennsylvanicus, but rather C. tricolor. The distinct difference in color between pronotum and elytra is not consistent with C. pennsylvanicus.

Looking more closely to it, I agree with you. Christopher Majka identified another specimen as C. pennsylavnicus which look quite as this one, but now I see that there is a difference... thanks
