Moved from Harvestmen.

Tentative ID, but I'm reasonably certain.

Phalangium opilio?
A professional would have to chime in but I think it looks like a young female Phalangium opilio. Eye tubercles rimmed with somewhat spines and spiny legs. And almost every photo I have come across of a female Phalangium opilio, there are dark spots outside of the central figure that seems to almost always be present. Not sure if that is a characteristic specific to the species but it's something that I've noticed.
