Neodiplotoxa
I keep going back and forth on this fly but let's say Neodiplotoxa (I may change my mind in future). There are several undescribed species of Neodiplotoxa in the south and west and some of the species externally fade into Diplotoxa. Bit of a headache.

Thanks Dr. Wheeler,
I appreciate the ID and information.
